MODERN DANCE
Jazz, hip hop and theater modern dance are the programs that we provide. Modern dance can help children and adults to improve the overall health of the body, body flexibility, creativity, concentration and self-confidence.
The annual program is:
- ISTD Exam
- Stage Test

Kegel
An exercise to strengthen the pelvic muscles so that they can prevent incontinence. With proper exercise and movement, there  are numerous benefits that we can obtained. Kegel exercises are not just for women but also very good for men.

TAEBODY CONDITIONING
it was developed by Billy Blank around 1976 and was introduced in Indonesia by Fifi Sijangga. Taebody conditioning is a combination of martial arts movements from taekwondo, boxing, ballet and dance. In the advanced level of Taebo could help to lose weight, burn up to 600 calories and also very good for the heart. Taebo can be done by youngsters, adult and even children.
